The Hopkinsville Small Business Commission is accepting applications for its 2026 Small Business Opportunity Grants program, with a deadline of May 31.
According to the announcement, two grants will be awarded — one for $7,500 and another for $2,500 — to support local businesses in Hopkinsville. The grants are intended to help businesses with equipment purchases and working capital needs.
To qualify, businesses must be for-profit operations located within Hopkinsville city limits, have an active business license, be current on taxes, employ fewer than 100 workers, and have at least one full-time employee.
The Small Business Commission says the program is designed to invest in local businesses and strengthen the Hopkinsville economy.
Applications and additional information are available at hoptown.org/smallbusiness.
