An Arkansas woman was found in possession of a stolen vehicle in Hopkinsville Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they went to the area after a city camera alerted them of a stolen vehicle.
The vehicle was reportedly driven by 32-year-old Kara Armstrong of Arkansas and was stopped in the Christian County Justice Center parking lot.
She was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property.
