A man was flown to a Nashville hospital after he fell into a sinkhole on Fruithill Red Bridge Road in Christian County Friday afternoon.
Christian County emergency personnel say the man who is in his 60s fell into a sinkhole about 15 feet causing leg, face, and back injuries while mowing.
The man was flown from the scene to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville. The full extent of his injuries was unknown.
Christian County EMS was assisted by Christian County Rescue, Lacy Fire Department, and Air Evac life team.
