Governor Andy Beshear and Lieutenant Governor Jacqueline Coleman were sworn in for a second term Tuesday in Frankfort.

At the swearing-in ceremony, Lieutenant Governor Jacqueline Coleman spoke about the accomplishments of the administration and stated that Kentucky now ranks #2 in the country in economic development. However, she noted being from Burgin — one of the smallest towns in the Commonwealth — the number she is most proud of is that the state skyrocketed to #3 in the nation in rural job creation.
