The Pennyroyal Arts Council is hosting a National Youth Month Art Exhibit. Wednesday evening, the Council held a reception and ceremony for the young artists. The event was sponsored by the Kiwanis of Hopkinsville. The exhibit features over 225 pieces and will remain up through the end of March.
