Deborah Ann Clark, age 73, of Cadiz, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Trigg County Hospital in Cadiz.
Born on September 16, 1952, in Russell, Kansas, she was the daughter of the late Lyle and Opal (Anthony) Casper.
Deborah served as a waitress and worked in retail at Daily’s in Cadiz as well as the Oak Grove Flying J. She had a creative heart and found immense joy in arts and crafts, photography, and quilting.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Alan Clark, a brother and a sister.
Deborah is survived by her children, Stephanie Ingram (Brent), Clayton Pasek, and Steve Pasek, all of Cadiz, and Aundria Marie Pasek of Russell, Kansas, seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and five brothers.
There will be no services at this time.
Goodwin Funeral Home, 138 Main Street in Cadiz, is in care of the arrangements.
