Other than a power outage that impacted nearly 6,000 Pennyrile Electric members in Todd County early Wednesday morning, scattered outages were reported following a round of thunderstorms that moved through Tuesday night.
Pennyrile Electric Vice-President of Member Services Brent Gilkey says the major outage occurred Wednesday morning at the Elkton substation.
