Thanks to a 2.5 million dollar USDA Rural Development loan Porter Road meats in Princeton is stepping into a new era under the name of Better F Butchery.
Kentucky USDA Rural Development Director Travis Burton was on hand to help Better F Butchery owner Chris Roach announce the purchase of the company and discuss the potential the company holds for local meat processing in Western Kentucky. Burton told a room filled with County Judge Executives from Caldwell, Trigg, Hopkins, Christian, Livingston and other local officials Better F Butchery was one of the first projects he began working on.
