Deputies Invite Kids To Kentucky Sheriff’s Boys and Girls Ranch

Deputies invite kids in Christian County to a summer camp at the Kentucky Sheriff’s Boys and Girls Ranch in July that they say is designed to help children build good moral characters.

Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say the camp is for kids aged 8-11 who want to experience a summer camp adventure while meeting new friends, building their self-esteem, moral character, and teaching them to have respect for themselves as well as others.

The camp for girls starts on July 1st and ends on July 4th the boy’s camp starts on July 8th and will end on July 11th.

Both camps have only four spots open. Applications can be picked up at the Christian County Sheriff’s Office located at 701 West 7th Street Monday through Friday from 8 am – 4 pm and must be completed within 7 days of camp time.
