An Oak Grove woman was flown to a Nashville hospital after she was hit by a truck on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville Wednesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 29-year-old Cynthia Wainwright was crossing the road in front of Papa John’s when she was hit by a northbound truck driven by 29-year-old Wade Diedrich, of Hopkinsville.
Wainwright was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to a waiting helicopter that flew her to a Nashville hospital. The full extent of her injuries was unknown.
