During Monday’s meeting of the South West Kentucky Economic Development Board of Directors, EDC Director Carter Hendricks provided a workforce participation rate update.
Hendricks shared that the rate for Christian, Todd, and Trigg Counties remains over 54 percent.
Hendricks added that partnerships with area schools and the local workforce remain critical.
