A man was charged after he allegedly threw bleach on a woman on South Clay Street Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say Michael McGregor got mad at the woman, who was going through his trash, and tossed bleach on her and the trash. He was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
The woman was treated at the scene by Hopkinsville EMS for injuries.
