A Berea man was charged after he failed to stop for law enforcement on Eagle Way in Hopkinsville Friday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they attempted to stop 40-year-old Byron Brown for 32 mph over the speed limit and he fled at 90 mph getting onto Pennyrile Parkway before stopping at the 5 mile marker.
He was arrested and charged with reckless driving, speeding, and second-degree fleeing or evading police.
