A woman was flown to a Nashville hospital after she was thrown from a horse at Wrangler’s Campground in Trigg County Saturday afternoon.
Trigg County emergency personnel say a 34-year-old woman was thrown from a horse at Wrangler’s Campground on one of the trails.
She was taken to a waiting helicopter by Trigg County EMS and then flown to a Nashville hospital for her injuries.
Trigg County EMS was assisted by Trigg County Rescue and the US Forest Service.
