The Trigg County Cattleman’s Association is hosting its annual community-wide celebration Saturday.
Becky Marlowe, a board member for the group, says the event will take place from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at West Cadiz Park.
Marlowe adds there are numerous heads of cattle in Trigg County and across the Commonwealth.
The Cattleman’s Association will receive assistance Saturday from the Trigg County High School FFA and Trigg County 4-H programs. The organization also hands out $500 scholarships each year to seniors at Trigg County High School, who are either a member of the group or have family members in it.
