A Christian County man was charged with trafficking drugs after an investigation into an EPO violation Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the area of Lafayette Road for 35-year-old Billy Gannon who had violated an emergency protective order.
While being arrested he was reportedly found to be in the possession of meth, marijuana, a scale, a gun, Narcan, a machete, and four glass pipes.
He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, trafficking meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to produce an insurance card, and violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.
