A Hopkinsville man was arrested on a warrant for theft Friday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 45-year-old Johnny Burgess took a deposit check for $1,780 for a garage door on May 3rd, 2022, and has not produced the garage door or given back the money.
He was arrested Friday and charged with theft by failure to make disposition of property.
