Funeral mass for 65-year-old Michael Lewis, of Cadiz, will be 11 o’clock Tuesday morning at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church.
Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville.
Visitation will be from 10 o’clock until the funeral hour Tuesday.
Goodwin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include:
Wife, Judi Lewis of Cadiz;
Three sons, Shane-Michael Robert Lewis of Cadiz, Anjel Alberto Llanos of El Paso, Texas, and Ronald Craig (Cali) Kinrey, Jr.;
A daughter, Rebecca Charlene (Eric) Peterson of Bloomington, Minnesota;
Two sisters, Lana (Dr. Bob) Bastin of Cadiz, and Sherry (Wesley) Bacon of Lexington;
A brother, Jack (Sophia) Lewis of St. Augustine, Florida;
Eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
