Another person has been arrested in Caldwell County for being in an area with tornado damage without permission.
A report from the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office said Deputy Evan Head was on patrol and witnessed 33-year-old Cody Dunlap of Dawson Springs rummaging through the property on Board Road north of U.S. 62 Tuesday night around 10:20.
Following an investigation, it was determined Dunlap did not have permission to be on the property. He was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal trespass; second-degree burglary; a second offense of first-degree possession of a controlled substance; and several traffic charges to include driving on a revoked license.
Dunlap was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond.
