A man was reportedly assaulted and choked during an altercation on College Street in Hopkinsville Friday night.
Hopkinsville Police say the man told police someone punched and choked him before the suspect attempted to drag a woman by her ankles.
No arrest has been made but the report lists the charges as fourth-degree assault and second-degree strangulation.
