A Hopkinsville man was arrested on a warrant for assault and criminal mischief Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say on September 23rd 2019 41-year-old Przemyslaw Lelewer assaulted a man by hitting and biting him before breaking his glasses.
Lelewer reportedly used a drill to break the man’s car windows and cause body damage to his vehicle.
Lelewer is charged with fourth-degree assault and first-degree criminal mischief.
