Kentucky Reports Nearly 700 New COVID-19 Cases Friday

Kentucky confirmed 690 new COVID-19 cases and 3 new COVID-related deaths Friday.

According to the state’s COVID report, there were also 18 deaths confirmed from the death audit underway.

The statewide testing positivity rate rose slightly from Thursday to 3.08-percent.

Across the Commonwealth, there are 393 Kentuckians hospitalized with COVID-19, while 89 people remain in the ICU and 66 are on a ventilator.
