A Hopkinsville man was arrested on a warrant for rape and sexual abuse Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say over several months a man sexually abused an 8-year-old child numerous times making her touch his privates and have sexual intercourse with him.
The man is charged with first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, first-degree rape, and first-degree sexual abuse.
