Harper House is tentatively scheduled to reopen Wednesday after recently closing to undergo operational changes.
A release says Rob and Kellen King, who have assumed day-to-day operations of the restaurant said there have been some changes to the menu, but many crowd favorite items have been kept.
Rob King says he has been focused on the kitchen staff and keeping the Harper House staples the community loves and also helping make the menu their own. He adds they are excited about the proteins on the menu.
Kellen King says the down-time has helped her focus on the overall experience and creating repeat business.
She says patrons should expect to be treated like they are guests in their home. She wants them to love being at the restaurant and enjoy not only their food but the overall experience they have in the restaurant.
Rob King said they want Harper House to be an amazing restaurant where people come for special occasions, but also for everyday family suppers.
The couple said going forward, they want to continue to increase the connection Harper House has to the local community.
The couple also announced the new hours at Harper House will be Wednesday-Sunday from 4-10 p.m. The restaurant is located at 123 DJ Everett Drive in Cadiz.
