Damage from a round of severe storms Friday afternoon is leaving many areas in Land Between the Lakes closed until damage can be cleaned up.
LBL Public Information Officer Chris Joyner says the damage seems to be widespread, especially in the northern portion of LBL.
Joyner adds many facilities at LBL are closed due to storm damage.
He adds people need to allow Forest Service officials to move the damage.
Joyner adds people need to stay away from downed power lines in LBL.
He says LBL officials will continue to provide updates as storm damage in cleaned up over the next few days.
