The Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library is teaming up with the Hoptown Hoppers Thursday to answer questions and sign up children for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library Program. Library and Imagination Library officials will be attending the game to sign up all children between the ages of newborn and 5 years old that reside in Christian County and are eligible for the Imagination Library program.

On Friday, library officials say the Hopper players, accompanied by their mascot Stitches, will be attending and reading at Story Time at 10:30 a.m.

Executive Director DeeAnna Sova says in a release they are excited for the Hoppers to spend time at the library reading and interacting with the kids. She notes they average approximately 20 to 35 kids for story hour, and they are always appreciative of organizations and volunteer participation. She adds the Hoppers have been more than generous in their efforts this year to support the Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library’s Imagination Library Program.
