A home on 3rd Street in Cadiz was damaged by fire Monday. Firefighters with the Cadiz Fire Department were dispatched to a kitchen fire shortly before noon at 250 3rd Street, at the corner of West End Avenue.
The occupants of the home are Togar and Kevin Parham. Mrs. Parham says she saw the fire when she got out of the shower.

Chief Kerry Fowler says the fire was in the kitchen and looked like it had spread to another room. He indicates the home suffered a lot of smoke damage.
There were no injuries reported.
