Becky Williamson

Digital Revenue Coach

I’m originally from Great Britain. I graduated from Glasgow University, with an Honors Degree in Management, and a major in Marketing. In 1998, I moved to America and began working in the Marketing Department for Furniture and Wallpaper for Less and Kids Rooms to Grow. This was where my initial love of radio began, as I purchased radio ads as part of the store’s marketing plan.

In 2005, I began working for Ham Broadcasting and I’ve never looked back! I love what I get to do every day. As an Account Executive and Marketing Specialist, I appreciate the opportunity to help local businesses be successful. With the myriad of products offered at Ham Broadcasting, from radio and website ads to new media products, I enjoy personalizing marketing proposals for each individual business. You could say you acquire a personal marketing consultant when you work with me!

I was honored to be awarded a scholarship in 2014 for a program called Rising Through The Ranks, which was offered by the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB), BMI and Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio Group (MIW). Only 20 scholarships are awarded nationally each year. I enjoy opportunities to grow, train and learn in order to be the best I can be! I also serve on the board of the Pennyroyal Arts Council.

I am married with two daughters. I play keyboard/synth and sing on the Praise Team at New Work Fellowship. I love spending time with my family, and get especially excited when my family from Great Britain comes to visit. I enjoy long distance road biking, running, and watching my kids play volleyball.
