Submissions for Black History Month Exhibit

Black History Month February 2022
Genesls Express, Inc. will sponsor an exhibit of Trigg County Black History at the Trigg County Historical Transportation Museum during the month of February 2022.
Genesis Express Is requesting your assistance in gathering memorabilla for display. We are looking for any photos, articles, relics, programs, books, and anything that is of historical significance. Anything related to family, schools, churches, military, sports teams/athletes, medical and health related, la
related, agriculture, and any other field of endeavor not mentioned.
We are asking that anything entered for display be brought to the Genesis Express Activity Center on January 17th between 12 noon and 4:30pm. Pictures and articles that can be scanned will be scanned and returned on the spot. Other items will be recorded, pictured, catalogued and confirmed for display when brought on the 17th.
Some of those who will be featured include the Rev. Dr. Wendell Holmes McRidley, Mrs. E. Juanita Oates, and Mr. Coy Bacon.
Please help us display and preserve as much Trigg County Black History as possible.
