The Hopkinsville Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile on Thursday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 15-year-old Javari Starks is described as a male, approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing around 130 pounds. He was last seen in the area of Talbert Drive wearing a green hoodie, light gray jogging pants, and white Nike Air Force One tennis shoes.
Authorities are urging anyone who sees Starks or has information about his whereabouts to contact the Emergency Communications Center at 270-890-1300.
