A promotional event has been announced at the Rural King in Hopkinsville, where the Kentucky State Police are scheduled to host a raffle on Tuesday and Wednesday.
According to Kentucky State Police, the event will take place on April 28th and 29th, from noon to 3 p.m. Participants will have the opportunity to purchase $10 raffle tickets for a chance to win either a Chevrolet Corvette Stingray or a $50,000 cash prize alternative.
The event is being held at the Hopkinsville store location at 4000 Fort Campbell Boulevard, Suite 1.
Police say the money will go to help support Trooper Island campers. Trooper Island Camp is a summer camp that is free for underprivileged children who live in the district.
