Hoptown Encouraging Use of 311 App

Hopkinsville officials are encouraging residents to use the Hoptown 311 app to report concerns and ask questions about city services.

City Information Officer Amanda Brunt said the app gives residents a simple way to connect with the city on a variety of issues.
