A Hopkinsville man was charged with assaulting his fiancée on East 7th Street in Hopkinsville on Friday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called for 37-year-old Larry Mack, who had punched his fiancée in the face and choked her.
He was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault and first-degree strangulation.
