A fire on Victory Drive in Hopkinsville damaged the home and displaced the family on Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Fire Department Spokesman Captain Payton Rogers says they were called to a fire in the attic, near the bathroom light, and were able to quickly extinguish the flames, resulting in only moderate fire damage to the attic.
The power had to be cut off to the home and the family will be temporarily displaced.
