Hopkinsville City Council will be reviewing the business license fees at the recommendation of the Small Business Commission.
Commission Member Landon Stallons presented the recommendations to the Committee of the Whole Thursday night.
He says they looked at cities around the state.
Council will also be considering raising the Electrical Permits and Inspection Fees at the request of the Licensed Inspectors. The last action item the Committee heard was to remove the requirement for public commentors to list their address. All three matters will be forwarded on to City Council.
