Wednesday Storms to Precede Weekend Cool Down

Weather forecasters expect rainy weather to continue over western Kentucky on Wednesday, with a chance of thunderstorms.

Hail, high winds, and the slight possibility of a tornado are the main threats with the storm expected to move through the lakes area between 11:00 am and 3 pm on Wednesday. Weather service forecaster Derrick Snyder says sunshine early Wednesday could increase the threat.
