Davis Moore, 40, of Wasilla, Alaska

Davis E. Moore, 40, of Wasilla, AK, formerly of Hopkinsville, KY, died on Monday, February 23, 2026, at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Friday, March 13, 2026, at The Silo Event Center with Rev. Nick Sandefur officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at The Silo Event Center. Following military honors at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, there will be a reception to honor and celebrate Davis’s life at The Silo Event Center.

A native of Hopkinsville, KY, he was born October 15, 1985, the son of Alan and Debby (Gamble) Moore of Hopkinsville, KY. He was an Air Transportation Specialist with the United States Air Force stationed at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware.

He was a graduate of Christian County High School, Class of 2004. Following graduation, he joined the United States Armed Forces. He was a Christian. He grew up playing golf with his parents and his brother, Mitchell. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors.

Survivors, in addition to his parents, include his wife, Tiffany Moore; his daughter, Iris Moore of the home; his stepchildren: Isaac Baker, Isaiah Baker, Breanna Trantham, and Brittney Spruielle; his brother: Mitchell (Griffin) Moore of Hopkinsville; his nephews: Ollie Moore and Preston Moore; and three grandchildren.
