A Hopkinsville man was charged with drug possession while being arrested on several warrants on South Kentucky Avenue in Hopkinsville on Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they arrested 39-year-old Bishop Howard on five warrants for probation violation, and he told them he had two grams of meth in his sock.
He was then also charged with possession of meth third or more offenses.
