A Hopkinsville man was charged with indecent exposure on North Main Street Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 38-year-old Miles Smith was seen in public with his pants down and making obscene gestures towards witnesses.
He was reportedly found to have a beer can and had slurred speech, along with being unsteady on his feet.
Smith was arrested and charged with second-degree indecent exposure and alcohol intoxication in a public place.
