
A Clarksville woman was charged with shoplifting and drug possession at Walmart in Oak Grove on January 30th.
Oak Grove Police say they were called for 40-year-old Melissa Haynes, who was fleeing the area after trying to take a shopping cart full of merchandise.
She was stopped by law enforcement, and during the stop, she was reportedly found to have suspected fentanyl and drug paraphernalia.
Police say she has attempted to steal from the store 19 times and has been given a trespass warning.
She was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary, operating on a suspended or revoked license, possession of fentanyl, and theft by unlawful taking.
