Cindy Johnson, age 53, of Crofton, KY, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at her home of natural causes.
The family has chosen cremation with a Celebration of Life Service to be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Cornerstone Church of God with Pastor Joe Leek officiating. Visitation will be at the church on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 12:00 PM Noon until the service time at 1:00 PM. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Cindy was born in Clifty, KY, on August 20, 1972, to the late Mike McCranie and Rebecca Groves Jones. She spent majority of her time as a stay-at-home mother, but when she did work out of the home, she was a Manager at Save-A-Lot and worked at the Dollar General Store. She attended West Union Baptist Church where she was a member.
Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Mike Johnson of Crofton, KY; her sons, Austin Johnson of Hopkinsville, Darren Shelton, Jr. and his wife Shayna of Clarksville, TN; her daughter, Tasha Wheeler and her husband Brandon of Clarksville, TN; her brother, Reggie Jones of Clarksville, TN; and her six grandchildren.
