Community Invited to Discuss Kentucky’s Landlord-Tenant Act at January Forum

The second public forum on housing rights will be held at Grace Episcopal Church on Thursday, January 8th at 6pm.

The Human Rights Commission of Hopkinsville–Christian County will host the community discussion on the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, focusing on how the law impacts landlords, tenants, and fair housing.

Laurel King, an attorney and educator with decades of experience in housing and contract law, says the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act is often misunderstood.
