
A man was flown to a Nashville hospital after a wreck on Interstate 169 in Christian County Monday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say at 4:26 am, a Jeep was northbound when it ran into the back of a tractor-trailer just before the Crofton exit.
Hopkinsville Fire Department Spokesman Captain Payton Rogers says the driver of the Jeep who is in his 60’s suffered severe knee, chest, and abdominal injuries and was taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Gordon Park to meet with a waiting helicopter that transported him to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.
