Paul Jean Adolphe Masuy, Jr., 71, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, died at 9:47 p.m., Sunday, December 21, 2025, at his home.
Funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be at the church on Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. with a Rosary service at 11:30 a.m. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, he was born on September 9, 1954, the son of the late Paul Jean Masuy, Sr. and Jeanne Marie Deal Masuy.
He was a member of Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Rock Steady Boxing, an active ham radio operator, and retired from the United States Air Force after 24 years of service.
Survivors include his wife: Michelle Watz Masuy of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; his sisters, Alice Castle of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Elizabeth (Jeffrey) Drescher of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his sisters in law and brothers in law, Laura (Mark) Ivey of St. Louis, MO, Paula (Pete) Trefiletti of St. Louis, MO and Michael (Kim) Watz of St. Louis, MO; his nieces and nephews, Patrick Leist, Nicole (Mathew) Grant, Marty Ivey, Michael Ivey, Pete Trefiletti, Elizabeth Trefiletti and Haley Watz; his great nephews, Joel Grant and Dexter Grant.
