A Cadiz man was charged with DUI fourth or more after a traffic stop on Gracey Herndon Road in Christian County Monday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped a vehicle driven by 37-year-old Robert Crute for failing to stop at a stop sign and for failing to use his turn signal.
He was reportedly found to have a DUI suspended license, and after a portable breath test, he admitted to drinking at a barbecue five hours before.
He was arrested and charged with DUI fourth or more offenses, driving on a DUI suspended license, failure to or improper signal, and disregarding a stop sign.
