Bernard Stardard joins a long list of giving and influential people who have been named Ned Breathitt Award winners.
Saturday night, Breahitt’s daughter, Linda Breathitt came to the Pennyrile Democratic Women’s Club annual Edward T. Breathitt Dinner to present the award.
She says Standard’s work was in line with her father’s.
