A wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Oak Grove sent three people to the hospital, one with severe injuries, Sunday afternoon.
Oak Grove Police say at 2:24 pm, a car was turning onto Herndon Oak Grove Road from Fort Campbell Boulevard northbound and pulled into the path of a southbound truck.
Both drivers were taken to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries, and a passenger in the car was taken to a waiting helicopter with severe injuries, but due to his injuries, he had to be taken by ambulance to Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville.
