A woman and child were taken to the hospital after being thrown from a horse at Wranglers Campground on Wednesday afternoon.
Trigg County emergency personnel say the 36-year-old woman and a child were thrown from a horse and suffered head and hip injuries.
They were taken by ambulance to Murray-Calloway County Hospital due to injuries.
Trigg County Rescue was called to help get the woman and child off a trail and to the ambulance.
