A Hopkinsville man was charged with failing to comply with the sex offender registry on Pineridge Drive on Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were notified by Kentucky State Police that 40-year-old Nathan Munday had been listed as non-compliant with the sex offender registry.
He was arrested and charged with failure to comply with the sex offender registration.
