An Elizabethton, Tennessee, man was charged after he was reportedly found naked, knocking on a door on South Campbell Street in Hopkinsville Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called for 33-year-old Christopher Price, who was just wearing socks and was banging on a door and yelling.
He reportedly told law enforcement he had snakes on him and he had just left rehab.
Price was arrested and charged with public intoxication, second-degree disorderly conduct, and second-degree indecent exposure. He was also found to have two warrants for third-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking.
